We are looking for brokers that can take part in the growth of RED I Mortgage, the premier mortgage brokerage business in Miami. Positions available in Kendall. We are looking for brokers that are honest and hard working. RED I Mortgage is a family based business that is working hard to clean up the image of other dubious mortgage brokers in our industry. We are members of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Florida Builder’s Association. We price out our loans very competitively in the market and avoid high cost loans. Experience brokering loans is always a plus but not a prerequisite to getting hired. Personality and love of the business are the main hiring criteria. We’ll teach you the rest. We offer an incredibly supportive atmosphere plus all the tools and contacts necessary to not only compete, but also to beat out the competition. We start off all of our new licensed brokers at a 60% commission split and a 50% commission for any company based leads.
RED I Mortgage has a brokering system full of checks and balances that needs to be learned and implemented by all new brokers. Fraud is our biggest enemy. We will not consider fraud. We are not that type of mortgage brokerage business. We work to build a base of loyal customers and grow a referral business the proper way while meeting all State and Federal laws and regulations. All customers, regardless of sex, color or creed are treated the same at our offices. We do not tolerate discrimination at any level.
